Ceiling mounted bridge cranes monorails the safe productive ergonomic solution for overhead materials handling operations. The ceiling mounted bridge crane allowed the dealership to free up space and introduce an efficient multi functional material handling solution that provides full access of movement to transfer loads from one station to another and extend coverage to the entire facility. Ceiling mounted workstation bridge cranes are directly bolted to the ceiling frame trusses or hung from cranewerks suspension rods or tube brackets. We also provide other designs according to customer s specific requirement.

With ceiling mounted systems supporting steel does not interfere with the handling operation. Capacities from 150 to 4000 lbs. Custom support brackets are available for sloped and pitched ceilings. Ceiling mounted systems require a building with an adequate overhead structure to hang the crane.

With overall bridge lengths up to 34 ft these systems are pre engineered and modularly designed for easy installation expansion and relocation. Standard support distances of 20 25 and 30 feet. It is cost effective overhead crane equipment and also highly adaptable and flexible to multiple applications. The traveling bridge of the underhung bridge crane is suspended under the runway track system.
